Sessions

The appointment is in-person and never rushed. The length of the appointment is on average about 5 to 6 hours, but can be longer depending on the needs of the individual client.

Here is what you can expect:

1. We begin with a “Getting to know you” conversation where I can learn about you and your story. This is an important part of the process as it will help me understand what you’re looking for and guide the session questions.

2. The session: In the session we first explore the most appropriate Past Life. This is where the magic happens! Clients experience past lives, their childhood in the current life, some explore other dimensions, other planets, being with Source, or other existences; whichever is the most appropriate. This is followed by connecting to the Higher Self / Subconscious, where I ask your burning questions.

3. After the session is complete we have a wonderful conversation about your experience and the answers that were provided.

It is highly recommended that you do not book any other activities or workshops in the evening the day of your session, as time is needed to process / integrate the experience and information that was received.

• If you meditate on a regular basis, you can continue with this practice prior to the session; however, this is not a requirement if you don’t.

• Make a list of questions you would like to have answered and bring the list with you. (Best if printed, or written out very clearly.)

Questions are usually grouped in a few categories:

· Universal

· Relationships

· Health

· Career / Financial

· Spiritual

· Curiosity questions

You will find some examples of session questions below (in the "Sample Questions" Section).

• Repeat a mantra such as: “I easily connect with my Higher Self”, or "I allow information to flow easily" prior to the session.

• Set an intention for your session.

• Drink lots of water.

• Get a good night's sleep prior to the day of your session.

• Bring a small lunch or snack with you (water and tea is provided).

• It is highly recommended that you do not book any other activities or workshops in the evening the day of your session, as time is needed to process / integrate the experience and information that was received.

1. When asked a question, trust and respond with the first thing that comes to mind.

2. Imagine what the practitioner is describing in as much detail as possible.

• Many people drive themselves to the session and wonder whether they will be able to drive home afterwards. The answer is: Yes!

• By the time you leave your appointment, you will be fully awake and aware, able to do your regular day-to-day tasks and activities. This is also the reason why we have a conversation after the session, to ensure you have enough time to return to full consciousness.

• You will be provided a recording of the session (not including the conversation before or after the session).

• It is recommended that you listen to the recording, as you may not remember everything that happened during the session (it can be like a dream, where some parts become fuzzy and slip away). As you listen to the recording, you may receive additional insights and information about your situation / your questions.

• There is a window of 3 days to 2 weeks after the session during which you are more open to receiving. During this time you can ask more questions, and pay attention to your dreams and any intuitive knowledge that comes in.

• It is highly recommended that you do not book any other activities or workshops in the evening the day of your session, as time is needed to process / integrate the experience and information that was received.
