QHHT® sessions are conducted in-person, at my studio in Newmarket, Ontario (just 45 minutes north of Toronto). On average the sessions take about 5 to 6 hours, but can be longer depending on the needs of the individual client.
A Discovery Call prior to the session is complimentary, it allows us to connect, and I can answer any questions you may have.
